a fun place to be
“Grace” taking a swim on a hot summer day.
While our veterinarian is examining one of our parent dogs, she tells her assistant, “these dogs sure seem happy.” That memory still puts a smile on our face. Watching them wiggle and squirm trying to get the staffs attention to get petted was fun to see. A well balanced, happy dog is such a joy to have around.
And that is our focus. To do our part to care for our parent dogs and puppies so that your pet is healthy, happy and well-rounded. We understand the breeder has responsibilities when it comes to rearing these wonderful, loving creatures. That is why we chose to raise and keep our parent dogs and not have them live in “guardian” homes. We get to see them everyday and know they are cared for and loved.
Our lines have proved to be excellent family pets. We found that providing the prenatal care, that is crucial to producing a well balanced puppy, ensures the adult dog will easily adapt with their new families. Being a small breeder in Picayune MS, allows us to have a more intimate relationship with our dogs. Each day, play and rest is monitored very closely. Complete with a swimming pool and a pond, we have set aside over 6 acres with large, grassy runs for them to play, explore and be kept safe with our house being at the center of it all. They are our world!

“Pumpkin” is our F1b Goldendoodles from Jerry Lee and Grace.
Caring for our dogs is very challenging. The rewards, however, are great. Being hands-on allows us to be very in tune with these wonderful animals. Watching them grow and become such healthy and well balanced dogs is tremendously satisfying. We are truly blessed to be able to be with them 24/7 and ensure their care and safety. We can’t imagine having it any other way.
Keep in mind, all the dogs you see pictured on this site came from Willow Wind Doodles. It’s important you get a good feel for your new friend. Choosing a new pet is a big decision and a long term commitment. We can help you make that decision. Please contact us with any questions you have and we will be glad to help.
